Midway Music Release 'Highs and Lows'
Midway Music, a collective of artists from the West Georgia Worship community that formed in 2016, release their new single 'Highs and Lows' with singer Matt Seagle.
The project began as an effort to write and create music that would be a voice for the local church. From that, a group of diverse artists with many different backgrounds, styles, and voices was formed. Midway Music exists to join people of all races, cultures, and ages together in honest and passionate expressions of worship that unite us as one.
Their first studio EP, This Is Love, was predominantly original material. It also featured their hit cover Yes and Amen with over 100,000 streams on Spotify alone to date. In early 2018 the group began to dream about their next project. They decided that this, unlike the first project, would be recorded live at their home church and include a collection of songs that had meant something special to members of their church community. This project would become Songs for the House Vol. 1. The following year, Songs for the House Vol. 2, was released.
