Louder Than The Music

Canadian worship band Starfield have released their fifth studio album 'The Kingdom'. The ten-track album has been released independently but is distributed in the UK by Kingsway who describe the album as "songs that are designed to stoke the fires of spiritual renewal in the listener, The Kingdom is a vital new addition to their body of worship work - and is about to make its way deep into the heart of the local church."

About their new independence as a band, lead singer Tim Neufeld says "Our label was great to us, and we're grateful. Artistically though, there is something very cool about knowing you don't have any ceiling. There is a freedom of expression that comes with being independent, and it has affected our songwriting."

Starfield is the most-awarded and top-selling Christian band in Canada having spent the last 10 years partnering with churches and ministries, leading students and congregations in passionate and energetic worship. They have released four albums on Sparrow Records prior to this latest independent release. Starfield's self-penned songs such as 'Filled With Your Glory', 'Son Of God', and 'Reign In Us' are sung in church services every weekend all over the world.
