Greenbelt Announce More Music Headliners

Greenbelt Festival have just announced more bands to their festival schedule, below are information about some of the bands that have been announced today.

Sixpence None The Richer return to Greenbelt to headline Friday night. Best-known for the single Kiss Me, Sixpence played their first ever European gig at Greenbelt in 1996 at Deene Park. After splitting amicably a few years ago they reformed at the end of last year and will be recording a new album on their return to the US after the Festival.

After achieving a number one single with the massive Brimful of Asha, Cornershop will also be playing the Cheltenham based event. Cornershop are now back with a new album that's getting rave reviews.

Completing the line-up are The Invisible. Recently nominated for a Mercury Music Prize for their eponymous debut album, this London-based indie-rock trio's first single 'London Girl' was picked up by Radio 1's Zane Lowe and called 'the best single of the year' by The Guardian's Paul Lester.
