May 11 2012

Ahead of the new full-length live album from Hillsong, the Australian worship group will be releasing a mini EP. The four-track 'Cornerstone EP' will be released later this month featuring both studio and live recordings of two songs taken from the forthcoming full album, title track 'Cornerstone' plus the song 'Hope Of The World'.

'Cornerstone' will be the twenty-first live album from Hillsong and will be released on 9th July 2012 featuring 15 songs recorded live in October 2011 at the Allphones Arena in Sydney with Hillsong worship leaders including Reuben Morgan, Darlene Zschech, Joel Houston and Ben Fielding.

"This album offers fresh, new songs to congregations worldwide, with a simple desire to place emphasis on Jesus and a prayer that people everywhere - regardless of circumstance - will be encouraged to find hope in Christ, the Cornerstone", says Hillsong Music.

"Filled with songs such as the title track 'Cornerstone'; new anthem 'Beneath The Waters' (I Will Rise); and upbeat praise, 'Running', our prayer is that this album will be a blessing to the global Body of Christ, filling churches and homes with the worship of an ever-faithful God."
