Final Ever Single From [dweeb] 'My New Hero' Now On iTunes

The final single from British band [dweeb], titled 'My New Hero', has now been released and can be downloaded from iTunes. The band recently announced that after nearly nine years of touring and recording they will be coming to an end in September 2011. In addition to the final single, [dweeb] have also begun their 'Collision Tour' which will see the band performing throughout the UK before finishing at the Grapevine Festival at the end of August.

Writing exclusively for Louder Than The Music in a guest blog due to be published later this week, the band's lead singer Tim Alford said "I personally think it's the best song we've ever written... My New Hero will by our final release... So there's a sense of sadness, but of peace as well. It's been an incredible adventure, and we will always be grateful to our fans for joining in with us."

A limited edition EP, titled 'My New Hero & The Hidden Treasures', is also being released featuring previously unreleased b-sides and demos, available exclusively from the [dweeb] online shop. Only 300 hand numbered copies will be produced of the four-track EP which features the final single 'My New Hero', an exclusive b-side titled 'Your Golden Kiss', the original demo version of '3D', and a live recording of their popular anthem 'Dynamite'.
