Philippa Hanna To Release New Album 'Speed Of Light' This Month

Philippa Hanna will release her new studio album 'Speed Of Light' on April 29th. The next single 'Arrow' had its national premiere on Richard Madeley's show on BBC Radio 2 this Sunday.

Recorded in Nashville, her forthcoming album tackles the challenges of life head-on, offering listeners a message of hope in the face of adversity.

The British singer/songwriter will be touring the UK with her band this month, in addition to the album launch parties at The Convent in Stroud on April 28th and The Megacentre, Sheffield on April 29th.

Philippa has just finished supporting former X Factor winner Leona Lewis on her UK tour. "Touring with Leona was such an honor and we had a blast!", said Philippa. "She is such a sweetheart and made us feel so welcome. It was amazing to connect with new fans. Thanks to everyone for being so warm. I'll never forget it."

Since her 2007 debut, Philippa has released three studio albums, an EP and a live DVD, and published two autobiographical books, and toured with international acts like Lionel Richie, Leona Lewis, Wet Wet Wet and Collabro.
