Thomas Seyah Releases Debut EP 'DNA'

Aug 05 2015

Thomas Seyah, a 24 year old singer from Southampton, England, has released his debut EP 'DNA' this summer.

The singer has sung with big names including Ellie Goulding, Mel C and Shane Filan (Westlife), worked with artists on X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent and supported Tom Jones as a backing vocalist for Charley Macauley.

Seyah is a graduate of Southampton Solent University where he gained a BA (Hons) in Popular Music and Performance. DNA features four original tunes from Seyah, whose influences include Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake. The EP is packed with feel good lyrics, infectious grooves and catchy melodies.

"This is a feel good EP which celebrates life," Seyah says. "It's designed to bring people out of dark places, and to remind them that they’re awesome, powerful and have so much to live for.

It's a message for everyone. People can be so quick to knock others down, and very slow to build people up. This EP is a reaction against that culture.

I wanted to speak life and encouragement over people, and create a movement of positivity over negativity. What I'm saying through this EP is: you’re amazing, unique and no one else can be a better version of yourself. It’s a message that I believe is for everyone."

'DNA' Track Listing:
1. Moving Forward
2. DNA
3. Higher Plan
4. Beautiful Lie
