Owl City 'Live From Los Angeles' Released On DVD & BluRay

Feb 08 2012

The new live DVD from Owl City has now been released. 'Owl City - Live From Los Angeles' is available on DVD and Blu-Ray and was filmed in high definition during the All Things Bright And Beautiful Tour at Los Angeles' Club Nokia in July 2011. The recording captures the full 21 track concert with more than 90 minutes of live footage, plus behind-the-scenes clips and exclusive interviews.

Owl City, an electro-pop project masterminded by musician Adam Young, exploded onto the scene with the success of the major label debut 'Ocean Eyes'. Released in July 2009, the album spawned the quadruple platinum hit single 'Fireflies', which hit number 1 in 24 countries including the UK, Australia, Ireland, Netherlands and twice in the US.

'Live From Los Angeles', the first ever DVD/Blu-Ray release from Owl City, includes tracks from the recent album 'All Things Bright And Beautiful', alongside songs from 'Ocean Eyes' and the self-released debut album 'Maybe I'm Dreaming'. "Adam Young has developed from a shy musician operating out of his bedroom into a confident and dynamic live performer and this concert in front of a wildly enthusiastic young audience proves just how good he and his band can be", says Eagle Rock Entertainment.

An audio version of 'Live From Los Angeles' is available on iTunes, and the DVD has already reached the Top 5 of Amazon.com's Best Sellers chart for Music Videos & Concerts.
