Sep 16 2011

Switchfoot have released their rousing lead single 'Dark Horses' to the UK charts this week, taken from their forthcoming new studio album 'Vice Verses'. The single, released on 12th September 2011 in the UK, is available to download at both iTunes and Amazon (click 'Buy' icon, right).

The multi-platinum selling band release their eighth studio album 'Vice Verses' on 27th September as the follow up to their Grammy-winning album 'Hello Hurricane'. Working with producer Neal Avron (Weezer, Linkin Park), the band recorded most of the album in their San Diego home studio.

Confirming their US tour with fellow rockers Anberlin during September and October, Switchfoot said: "This tour is going to be crazy. So stoked! Shows are starting to sell out! We have some special news about this tour that we can't announce yet. Stay tuned. We are also boarding the plane to head overseas in November and will be playing a handful of UK dates as well as a few select dates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. There are not many tickets left for these shows, get yours now!"

The European Vice Verses Tour kicks off in the UK at Manchester on 7th November 2011 and includes dates in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Cambridge before heading into mainland Europe from 12th to 20th November.
