Louder Than The Music

BarlowGirl will release an album called 'Our Journey... So Far' on 14th September 2010 featuring some of their favourite songs from their albums to date. They have released five albums, including their self-titled debut in 2004, and it is thought the new release will include tracks from all five of their previous albums, plus the stories behind the songs and photos from their career so far.

"Us girls have been signed for 7 years, in that 7 years we made 5 records", explains singer Lauren Barlow. "So we wanted to put together a CD with us girls favorite songs from each record and put it on one CD with our stories behind all of them, also there is a TON of video content, a TON of pictures of the whole journey and awesome fan stories. It's kinda celebrating our past 7 years of being signed and everything that happened in those years. The amazing fans we met, the places we went, the horrible fashion choices and hairdos, and the songs we wrote and all we experienced is all talked about on there."

The three-piece rock band, comprising of sisters Alyssa Barlow (lead vocals, bass, keyboard), Becca Barlow (backing vocals, guitar), and Lauren Barlow (lead vocals, drums) were signed to Fervent Records in 2003. Following their self-titled debut, they released 'Another Journal Entry' (2005), 'How Can We Be Silent' (2007), 'Home for Christmas' (2008) and most recently 'Love & War' (2009).
