Tenor Ross Mortimer Releases 'Silent Night' Single & Video

Dec 18 2019

Classically trained tenor Ross Mortimer, from United Church in Toronto, ON, has released his recording of the classic Christmas carol 'Silent Night'. Ross is also a chorus member of the Canadian Opera and a recent graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Music. "I just created a music video for my first Christmas song release, 'Silent Night', an original arrangement that I hope spreads faith and love this holiday season", explains Ross.

'Silent Night', sung by Ross Mortimer, is arranged by Stéphane Mayer (piano) and features Aysel Taghi-Zada (violin) and Bryan Holt (cello).

"This is the first of many original arrangements I hope to create as I eventually create a full Christmas album. For December 2020 I hope to release a Holiday EP, and you can pre-order the EP and download Silent Night through my indiegogo campaign.
