Blake Whiteley Releasing 'Turbulence' Single
Hip Hop artist Blake Whiteley, from Danville, IN, has released his new single 'Turbulence'. Blake's latest album 'Break Thru' was released last year, available through all online music distributors.
"Prior to CHRIST, I was a secular artist growing in internet recognition, opening for major headliners, and ultimately giving in to the empty promises of this world", explains Blake.
"I sought pleasure in women, fortune, and fame instead of true fulfillment in our LORD and SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST. During a show at Auburn University, with Wiz Khalifa, I realized there had to be more to life than the temporary “satisfaction” of my sin.
Long story short! I walked off the stage in the middle of the show and flew home to give my life to Christ. After a time of spiritual growth, God called me to continue rapping but showed me a new avenue for the talent He has given me. The focus of my music now is to honor God most of all with the lyrics and reflect the light of CHRIST through my ministry and testimony.
My goal is to reach people where they are through a means with which they can connect (music, specifically Hip Hop) to speak my testimony, real truths, and God’s Word into them. Satan/the world is screaming lies into people. I want to scream truth louder."
Blake will be touring with Joshua Micah and evangelist Clayton Jennings during March and April.
