Louder Than The Music

Elim's youth movement Serious4God have teamed up with resident music collective Gathering Band to produce a free music and prayer resource titled 'Soundtrack For Life'. Each free download pack includes a song by the Gathering Band, a prayer remix song, a three minute video devotion and a PDF study guide with chord sheets.

The series of six free download bundles is available from Monday 4th June 2012. The songs and prayer's were recorded at Liverpool's Parr St Studios by Chris Taylor and represents the Gathering Band's first studio recording in four years.

As a taster, Louder Than The Music are giving away the Gathering Band's track 'Gift Of Grace', taken from one of the resource bundles, as a FREE download.

"As a youth movement we want to ensure young people are more than singers of songs" says Serious4God national director Mark Pugh. "Soundtrack For Life aims to be an experience as much as it is a sound - to take us into an encounter with the Holy Spirit through worship and prayer, picking up relevant pertinent themes and applying them right into our lives. We're excited about the impact this could have on many people"

Tim Sanders from the Gathering Band adds, "It's a great privilege to be involved with this project and have the opportunity to give away our music. It's our aim that in marrying together music with spoken prayer and scripture, we'd create something which will help lead and inspire people in their everyday life of worship."
