Nashville metalcore band A Plea for Purging release their new album 'The Life & Death Of A Plea For Purging' today, 8th November 2011. The band's fourth album features 14 tracks including 'Heart Of A Child' which is featured in their new music video directed by Michael Dalton.
'The Life & Death Of A Plea For Purging' is the follow up to the band's 2010 release 'The Marriage of Heaven and Hell'. The four-piece band consists of Andy Atkins (Vocals), John Wand (Bass), Aaron Eckerman (Drums) and Blake Martin (Guitars).
Formed in 2005, A Plea for Purging performed over 200 live shows during their first year together. Signed to Facedown Records, their debut release 'A Critique of Mind And Thought' (2007) was followed by 'Depravity' (2009).
