Hillsong United Confirm New Album 'Aftermath' And North American Tour

Australia's Hillsong United have announced that the title of their new studio album will be 'Aftermath'. The album will be released on 15th February 2011 and to coincide with the release the band, led by singer/songwriter Joel Houston, will be kicking off their North American 'Aftermath Tour'.

"We are excited to announce that coinciding with the Hillsong United 'Aftermath' album release in February we will be touring the USA and Canada", said the band. The tour begins on 23rd February in Vancouver, Canada and continues through the USA with dates in Seattle, San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Houston, Atlanta and ending in Birmingham, Alabama on 8th March. Further dates may also be confirmed later.

Hillsong United have been in the studio recording their new album on and off throughout 2010. The album will include new songs such as title track 'Aftermath' and 'Avalanche'. "I hope people enjoy listening to this album as much as we're enjoying the process of making it", said Joel Houston.
