Christian Pastor, Rikki Doolan, Shockingly Hits The Number 2 Spot On The Secular Music Official UK Download & Sales Charts

Oct 08 2025

Rikki Doolan, whom is a Pastor in Spirit Embassy church in Tottenham, London has just shocked the nation by releasing a song that got to Number 2 in the UK Official singles Sales, and Downloads Chart.

His hit song entitled 'Unite The Kingdom (Come One, Come all)' was above songs from Olivia Dean, Lady Gaga, and Ed Sheeran amongst others for the chart week starting September 12th.

Rikki Doolan went from being a homeless street musician hooked on drugs and alcohol in 2008, to radically changing his life around after an encounter with Jesus Christ, and church. He has since then released two music albums, and performed in large Christian crusades around the world.

He recently performed with his gospel band in front of 1 million people in London central (not including 2.3 million watching online). His story is really a unique one and to now have his name in the top rankings of music in the country is really an important stage of his recovery arc.

Doolan said "I just found it by accident online that I had got to number 2, I really didn't realise it, it was a complete shock. I just got on my knees and thanked my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. From the streets to the charts is just unthinkable."

The song is still charting and is available on all digital music platforms.
