The Almost Announce 'Monster Monster Tour' With Chasen & House Of Heroes

Aug 18 2010

Rock band The Almost will be promoting their latest album with the 'Monster Monster Tour' this September. The Compassion International sponsored tour will also feature special guests Chasen, House of Heroes and Between the Trees.

The band released their second album 'Monster Monster' last November as the follow-up to 2007's 'Southern Weather', which scored a slot on MTV's prestigious 'Discover & Download'. The Almost was founded by former Underoath drummer Aaron Gillespie along with guitarists Jay Vilardi and Dusty Redmon and newest member, drummer Joe Musten.

"We are so excited and happy to go out and be a part of local communities," shared Aaron Gillespie. "I believe that the heart of our community as Christians lies in the local church, and we as The Almost are excited to get out and meet everyone in their home town/homechurch setting. Let's get excited!!"

In addition to their headline tour in September, The Almost will be appearing in October on Switchfoot's tour and will also be performing at two high-profile festivals over the Labor Day weekend, Revelation Generation Festival (4th Sept) and Lifelight Festival (5th Sept).
