Daniel Mulkey Releases Powerful New Worship Anthem 'YOUR BODY, YOUR BLOOD'
Worship leader and singer-songwriter Daniel Mulkey has released his newest single, 'YOUR BODY, YOUR BLOOD,' a worshipful anthem reflecting the hope, gratitude, and redemption found in the cross of Christ.
Inspired during a moment of communion, when his pastor spoke the words "His Body, His Blood," the song came to life quickly - first as a voice memo, then as a full production in collaboration with Nashville-based producer Foster Ferrell.
With reverent, heartfelt lyrics and a soaring melody, "YOUR BODY, YOUR BLOOD" reminds listeners of the ultimate sacrifice made by Jesus and the freedom found in Him.
"I know when I’m feeling down or discouraged, thinking about the sacrifice Jesus made always puts things into perspective," says Daniel. "It draws gratitude out of me. That’s what this song is about - shifting our focus to the cross and remembering what was done for us."
The accompanying lyric video, filmed on Daniel’s family farm in Georgia, was created to cultivate a worshipful and prayerful atmosphere, drawing viewers into personal reflection and connection with the message of the song.
