Elevation Espanol Unveils Spanish Version of 'I Know A Name'

Mar 09 2025

Following a memorable year with the release of their album Algo Nuevo Viene, a tour through Latin America, and notable positions on the charts, Elevation Español presents the Spanish version of “I Know A Name,” a song that proclaims the power of Jesus above any circumstance.

Originally performed by Elevation Worship along with Brandon Lake, this declaration of faith highlights that only one name has defeated death, brought salvation, and holds authority over heaven and earth.

“This song reminds us of the power in the name of Christ, and that every time we cry out to Him, something powerful happens”, shares Edgar Aguilar from Elevation Español. “Chains fall, demons flee, and the dead live. There are things that seem impossible to us, but everything is possible when we call on the name of Christ.”

Its central message focuses on recognizing our own insufficiency to make room for the One who is sufficient in all things.
