Athlete To Release 'The Singles' Collection, Plus New Single & Tour
British indie rock band Athlete will be releasing an album of all their previous singles in September. 'The Singles 01:10' celebrates the band's 10 years together and will also be available as a deluxe edition with a bonus disc featuring B-sides and unreleased tracks.
"It's incredible to think we've been together as Athlete for 10 years now and so it's kind of fitting to mark the occasion with this release", said the band. "We'll be hitting the road for a UK tour in November and will be playing every single from the past 10 years along with some other new and older material."
The band, who are currently touring the US and Canada, release the third single from their current album 'Black Swan' on Monday, 14th June. The 'Getaway EP' is available on 10" vinyl and download only and features 3 new tracks, 'Somewhere Beneath My Skin', 'Corner Of My Baby's Eyes' and 'With You I Never Lose'.
