Former Needtobreathe Singer Re-christened As Coy Roy To Release 'I'm Right Here'

Sep 17 2022

Bo Rinehart, a Grammy nominated songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, has released his first single under the new moniker Coy Roy. 'I'm Right Here' is available now on all streaming platforms.

Born as Nathaniel Bryant Rinehart in Conway, South Carolina, Rinehart began his musical career playing guitar, singing, and writing music for co-founded multi-platinum rock band Needtobreathe. Leaving Christian rock roots, Rinehart is re-christened as Coy Roy.

Coy Roy sets out to distill visual moments that move in concert with one another creating a soundtrack for each story on his debut manifesto. The artistry of Coy Roy bids listeners to FEEL their way thru sonic experiences for deeper meanings and connections. The embodiment of Coy Roy is influenced by musical artists of all genres that fought to stay true to themselves and their artistry. “I believe true art is experienced by connecting with the artist and their story, maybe even more so than the art itself."
