Andrew Slater Releasing New Single 'Through'
Andrew Slater, a singer-songwriter from New Castle in Western Pennsylvania, releases his new song 'Through' on April 16, 2021. "I wrote the song about two people looking back over the last year", he explains. "With all the hope, change and uncertainty, they navigate life's highs and lows while holding onto hope, faith; declaring 'love will see us through'."
"Writing about dealing with depression, and anxiety, as well as peace, hope and love are themes I write most about. I also am an outdoorsy type and take a lot of inspiration from creation. My music is typically an alternative rock, and folk, but whatever expresses real emotion and the truth of what I'm trying to convey I like. So I like to think of my music as experimental in some capacity as well."
