Justin Rivers and Jason Baird are two very talented musicians who combined their talents together to form Austins Bridge, and are back with a new album called Times Like These. Times Like These is a good sturdy album with some great moments, like track Mercy Never Leaves which deals with the fact that God’s mercy never fails, when people might let us down. An uplifting song with the lyrics of ”Mercy never leaves when others walk away, Mercy’s there for you so you don’t ever have to be afraid”. The album has some great tracks, another being Big Sky which has a great melody and is one of the standout tracks on the album for me, at times sounding like Audio Adrenaline, Christian pop at it’s best.
The first track on the album Angels is another wonderful song, another great pop track. This is a standard album with some great moments. If you're looking for Christian Rock Pop this album might be worth looking into.
