As a songwriter, Hastings has impacted the worship genre with widely acclaimed songs such as Hillsong UNITED's RIAA Certified Platinum Single, "So Will I (100 Billion X)" and Brandon Lake’s No. 1 single and RIAA Platinum single, “Gratitude,” among many others. He has written songs for Brandon Lake, Cory Asbury, Hillsong Worship, Hillson UNITED, Hillsong Y&F, Rend Collective, Mack Brock, and more.
