An Atlanta native, his music roots are deeply spiritual and rooted in his relationship with God. His sound is both timely and timeless. He seeks to help elevate the Consciousness of man by creating songs that reflect the times thru the heart of God. He is called to disrupt the airwaves and draw a generation into purpose.
His project 'God, Love, and Music' is an Open Journal through Music that denotes the times in song as he navigates his relationship with God, his loved ones, and the world around him. At the coming of His most recent trip around the Sun he has pledged to release a song a week. For him the year will be denoted in song. It is a Loud surrender to what he feels is his most highest calling. His mission is to help people heal through songs of deliverance, freedom, passion, love, and life songs. His prayer is that his music will help to be al a bridge between God and Man, The Church and the World, and Generation to generation.
His most recent release 'Shine On' expresses the grievances of the unlawful killings of African Americans, while calling listeners to shine on in the midst of what could be seen as some of the darkest times of our generation. The language he uses speaks as a narrative for those those that were lost. It is a voice for the voiceless. Speaking for individuals like George Floyd who would have wanted, peace, forgiveness and reconciliation. It is a Clarion call to for all awakening us to what some might say is our highest calling to love our enemies. Stylistically it echoes the heart of Marvin Gaye's 'What's Going On' album while grazing the nuances of Bill Withers. Shine is a soundtrack to to the doers of this current movement of social Justice. Encouraging them to shine on and not give up hope in the press for justice and change.
