Modern, exciting, worshipful, passionate, high energy, poppy, dancey, are some of the words that pop up when listening to this release. Think Hillsong Young & Free, Parachute Band and other such energetic youth worship bands.
One of the many plus points of this album has to be hearing the excitement in the worshippers. Opening track 'You Are My Revival' has a close to party atmosphere than you could ever hear on any track.
With this album one moment you are full on non stop praise to then swapping quickly, even bluntly, to some really intimate singing and music. 'Mystery' is a great song but the transition in style between the two openings songs could have worked better. I might be nit picking but I would have put the brilliant 'Upside Down' as the second track here. That's just my thought.
Let's not let that take away from the quality of songs here. 'Meet Me In This Moment' is quality, actually there are so many amazing songs on here.
This is a team who want to see young people sing out songs passionately about the true and living God. This selection of songs does that ten times over. From intimate tracks like 'God Over All' to big modern beats like 'Beyond and Focus' this album has so much happening.
