AMBACO RISING Release New Single 'These are the Days'
B&C MUSIC GROUP announces the song/video release of 'These are the Days' to English media worldwide. These are the Days is performed and produced by a team of 3 key music industry veterans/friends - Lead and Harmony Vocals, Colin Amey, Producer, Eric Baragar and Songwriter, John Collins collectively known as AMBACO RISING.
The vision of recording and releasing this timely song, filled with hope and restoration, started a few years back when John Collins was sitting with his guitar on the dock during family vacation during a very difficult period in his life. John’s mother had recently passed away, his father was in the last weeks of earthly life and John was seeking Christ like never before. Then, it happened, like silent lightning and without hesitation the melody and structure of the song took shape in minutes on that lonely dock. God then parked that song in the back of John’s mind until 6 months ago, just prior to the largest event of isolation in modern history.
It was then he sought out his musical genius friend and music production partner of over 40 years, Eric Baragar to be part of the vision. The studio work started with John laying down a basic acoustic guitar track, not much different than the one played on the dock a few years before. Soon after, Eric added instrumentation and production elements that made the track sparkle. Next, Canadian singer/friend extraordinaire, Colin Amey. was brought in to add his talent to the mix… and AMBACO (Amey, Baragar, Collins) was born. The production of the song and video was done under Covid 19 lockdown in 3 different locations via zoom over a period of 40 days.
We believe this a song of the times and one filled with hope and the promise of Christ’s return. Our goal is simple: that this song minister the love and promise of Jesus Christ to people everywhere who seek Christ as their Lord and Savior.
