Beth Keeping Releases Latest Single 'San Francisco'

Oct 24 2019

UK singer/songwriter Beth Keeping has recently released a new single titled 'San Francisco'. Beth wrote the infectious pop anthem following an experience she had backpacking in South East Asia. Earlier this year she released the singles 'Building Bridges on the Dancefloor' and 'Naked'.

Beth draws influences from both traditional country storytelling and modern pop music. She spent two years writing for other artists in the UK, Singapore and America before recording her first EP 'Fool' in Nashville. Debuting at #3 on the iTunes singer-songwriter chart, Beth’s fresh lyrical approach and emotive vocals are building her a reputation as one to watch.

Keeping grew up in Woking, the town that inspired the hit song ‘Town Called Malice’ by the Jam. She lists Delta Goodrem, John Mayer and Martyn Joseph among her early influences, while her latest music could be described as Taylor Swift meets Nina Nesbitt.

The Surrey singer-songwriter is also a passionate supporter of other women in music and last year founded 'Write Like A Girl', an initiative to put the spotlight back on female songwriters. Currently running monthly showcases in London, she will embark on a second Write Like A Girl tour in November 2019.
