Aaron David Frith has recorded his first solo album 'Lifeline', released independently through his website. Aaron has been a persistent part of the UK Christian music scene for more than a decade, but up until now has been best known for being the front man in a number of bands. He started out in the band 'Fruit' in the mid 90s, before moving on to form the band 'Sabio' who supported Delirious? on tour.

More recently Aaron was the lead singer in 'Oversol' who toured extensively in the UK, included a support slot with Athlete. He has been performing as a solo artist since 2006 and also leads worship at Revelation Church, Chichester.
