Veridia Release New Single 'Numb' Ahead of 'The Beast You Feed' Album

Sep 04 2018

VERIDIA, a band with a unique fusion of alternative, pop, rock & electronic, wrapped around the evocative vocals and presence of frontwoman, Deena Jakoub, have released their new single 'Numb', from the forthcoming new album 'The Best You Feed'.

After two EPs, several hit singles, and numerous tours, the band went into the studio with producer Matt Squire in early 2018 to record their first full length album, 'The Beast You Feed'. This highly anticipated release is scheduled for Fall 2018.

Of Egyptian descent, Deena’s look and voice captivate fans at every show, paired with the electronic/rock soundscape provided by co-founder and guitarist, Brandon Brown, and drummer Kyle Levy. The band - whose music has been featured on ESPN - has played Voodoo, Gulfport, and several European music festivals; headlined their own 17-city tour; provided direct support for Evanescence on the entirety of their 2016 US Tour; and played to more than 600K people in arenas during Winter Jam 2014-2015.

VERIDIA has released two 5-song EPs: 2014’s Inseparable, which features the #1 radio song, “We Are The Brave” and Top 10 hit, “Furious Love;” along with 2015’s Pretty Lies, which debuted in the Top 20 on the iTunes Alternative Albums Chart. The title track, "Pretty Lies (feat. Matty Mullins)," was VERIDIA's second career No. 1 single, which held the top spot for six straight weeks and spent 27 weeks on the Billboard Charts.
