South Africa's David Jooste Releases 'Alive In You' Single
South Africa's David Jooste is releasing his new single 'Alive In You' on iTunes and streaming services from July 13th. In 2015 David released his second full length album, 'Amazing God', featuring the song 'Fire It Up' (see video below). The album is a celebration of an Amazing God and all the things He does everyday in our lives.
David grew up in Cullinan and studied music since he was 7 years old. He started playing in the Baptist church at age 8. At age 13, David started to go on tour with Julius Magan. They toured all over South Africa. This is where he acquired his first taste of the ministry. He's always had a heart for worship but also enjoyed listening to the more hard rock Christian bands whilst in high school.
Somehow these two met when the first 'United Live' albums were released. The 'Answer to the call' album was born out of prophesy that God will use the songs that He's written to shake the gates of hell. He doesn’t believe that this was because of the style but rather because of God’s presence.
