Ari Williams Releasing 'Concrete Gardens' Album

May 11 2018

Christian artist Ari Williams is releasing her debut album, 'Concrete Gardens' on May 5th, 2018 featuring the lead single 'Your Great Name'. Ari also has another single out named 'Unconditional' showing that no matter what you did, God's love for you is Unconditional.

"I’m just trying to show others my relationship and walk with Christ in a way they can all relate to. That’s my way to connect with others, so they know they are not alone in the challenges they face,” says the 26-year-old, singer/songwriter. Born in Palo Alto, CA and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA, Ari has been writing songs since elementary school, and singing since she was in diapers.

Having led her first song as a member of Salem Missionary Baptist Church in suburbean Atlanta, she is definitely not scared (well maybe back then) to sing from her heart in front of a crowd. Having performed in front of churches as large as 2,000 people at a single Sunday service, to worshipping on college campuses in front of crowds as small and intimate as 20 people, Ari has continued to grow and develop her gift as she grows in her relationship with God. Gaining her inspiration through many life experiences such as being raised by a single mom, being homeless, and not growing up with a father, her life experiences have inspired her to write songs that show the reality and struggle of life with Christ and as a Christian, hoping to encourage others through her voice, testimony, and heart.

To date, Ari has already sung backgrounds for Grammy nominated and Stellar Award-winning artist Byron Cage, and young up and coming Christian Artist Yung Prince in her young music career. Ari is currently preparing to release her first studio album, entitled Concrete Gardens in the Spring of 2018, with the goal to show people that an authentic walk with Christ still has its ups and downs.

“The title, Concrete Gardens, goes hand in hand with my life story. Nothing is supposed to grow from or out of concrete because the environment isn’t conducive for growth; that’s how I feel my life was set up to be. However, with God’s help I’ve grown and blossomed despite those circumstances, just like the few flowers you will see in a concrete garden. That’s why it fit so well.” While her debut single, Unconditional, has been out since June 2017, Ari is really excited for her next single, Your Great Name, and the upcoming release Concrete Gardens. “I’ve been working really hard for the past year and a half to come up with music that I hope will touch people’s hearts and encourage them by helping them see that they are not alone in their everyday struggles. I can’t wait to see how people receive it.”
