UK Worship Artist Lucy Grimble Releasing 'Great Redeemer' Single
London (UK) based singer-songwriter Lucy Grimble will release her latest single Great Redeemer on Tuesday March 27th worldwide.
This latest track is a congregational worship song that speaks of the power of salvation and the essence of the Father’s love: that God’s heart has always been to redeem us and to restore us to His love.
The song draws on traditional hymns, with powerful, thought-provoking lyrics and strong melody lines, but adds a modern language and sound with a studio production that brings fresh energy and sparkle to an eternal concept. Great Redeemer invites the listener to remember the power of the cross for their own life and to connect again with the overwhelming truth that, out of the riches of His love Jesus paid the highest price for our freedom, our healing and our salvation.
Lucy has been writing songs for the church and leading worship for many years, both as a solo artist and with her talented band of musicians. This latest track follows on from a number of original songs she has already released to date including a full live album, Created to Worship, which she released in April 2017.
Lucy’s desire is to create space for anyone to encounter the love of God through worship. She has led worship across the UK including David’s Tent and Big Church Day Out and this year will see her leading at Open Skies in Ireland and Prom Praise at the Royal Albert Hall. Lucy’s own worship flows from a place of personal intimacy and consecration to God, out of which she writes songs that carry a message of freedom, hope and identity.
