Rend Collective Announce 'Campfire II' Album To Be Released This Year

Jul 28 2016

Northern Ireland worship group Rend Collective have announced plans to release a follow up to their popular 2013 'Campfire' album. 'Campfire II' was recorded live a few weeks ago and will be released later this year.

"We've been thinking a lot about simplicity in worship", explained the group. "A phrase that's been bouncing around in our camp has been "simplicity breeds authenticity". So we've been getting back to our roots.

A few weeks ago we gathered with some friends under the trees to sing, worship, and pray around the campfire. Try as we might, we cannot escape the beauty and wonder that happens in our hearts when we gather together the undistracted church with one united burning passion.

These moments are a bit of the kingdom of God here on earth, which is why we're so excited to announce the upcoming release of CAMPFIRE II.

Additionally, we're equally excited to share the CAMPFIRE DEVOTIONAL SERIES starting next week! The idea is that you can subscribe to it and follow along with our band family weekly as we learn what it looks like to bring our real selves before the real God."
