Matt Redman's 'Your Grace Finds Me' Named Amazon.com's Best Christian Album Of The Year

Dec 25 2013

Amazon.com have revealed their picks of the Best Music of the Year for 2013. In the Christian music genre, British worship leader Matt Redman's 'Your Grace Finds Me' is named as Best Album.

Natalie Grant was named as Best Artist, while Phil Wickham's 'This is Amazing Grace' was the Best Song.

"The 2013 best-of lists were voted on by the Amazon music and MP3 teams, which includes not only the editors, but everyone else behind the scenes, too", explains Amazon.com. "It was a very democratic process. These are strictly our favorite albums; sales information did not factor into our choices at all."

Released in September, 'Your Grace Finds Me' has also received a Grammy Nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album ahead of the 56th Grammy Awards in January 2014.

Likewise, Amazon.com's best Christian artist of the year, Natalie Grant, has been nominated for two Grammys for her album 'Hurricane', released in October. Phil Wickham's song 'This is Amazing Grace' is taken from his latest album 'The Ascension' which was released in September.
