Oslo Gospel Choir Celebrate 25 Years With 'God Gave Me A Song'

Feb 20 2013

After twenty-five years in ministry the Oslo Gospel Choir are celebrating with the release of 'God Gave Me A Song'.

Recorded last year, the album features a cover of 'In Christ Alone' as well as great originals that have helped to establish Oslo Gospel Choir as one of the leaders in their field today.

Formed in 1988, Oslo Gospel Choir has become a phenomenon over the years. With tours in Norway, Europe and the US, and numerous albums released - resulting in sales of over 1.5 million units to date - Oslo Gospel Choir are Dove Award winners and were Norway's best-selling recording act of the 1990's.

Precision harmony, a welcome return to an age of innocence and purity, simple songs that preach the gospel with absolute clarity; this is classic gospel with a Scandinavian twist.

To support their new release, Oslo Gospel Choir have now aired a live performance of them singing title track 'God Gave Me A Song' (see below). Highlighting their key vocalists, the video shows the choir are dedicated to their worship, demonstrating a warm environment, even on stage.
