Louder Than The Music

The UK's OneNameOnly project have released their first album, titled 'Jesus'. The new anonymous songwriting aggregate is made up of worship leaders and worshippers from across the UK who have come together around a passion to worship, honour and bring recognition to Jesus.

"One of the distinctives of our project is that all the contributors to the album have decided to remain anonymous out of a desire to focus exclusively on promoting One Name Only - the Name of Jesus", explains the OneNameOnly team. "We're also seeking to give away a minimum of 50% of all album proceeds to Kingdom causes."

The twelve track album was released on 29th August 2012 and is available from Amazon and iTunes. "Some of the songs on this CD were originally written as far back as 2005, and we went into production with the album in 2010, so it's been a lengthy process", continues OneNameOnly.

"Over the 2 year process of recording this album, we've had all kinds of people join in with us. We started out with just 2 of us on a seriously long freebie shift in a recording studio in Kent, (thanks to a good friend) trying to get the basics of all 12 tracks down in one night.

Since then we've been joined by some old friends and some new faces in offices, living rooms, church halls and all kinds of places as we've worked at getting it to sound the best we can. We've had over 50 other contributors to the recording itself and lots of help in other forms along the way."
