Louder Than The Music

The second recording in the acoustic Hillsong Chapel series from Australia's Hillsong worship team has been announced. 'Hillsong Chapel - Forever Reign' will be released on 22nd October 2012 featuring 12 brand new, creative and intimate recordings of favourite worship songs. A companion DVD will be included with the CD, featuring 7 live performance videos of songs from the album.

Recorded live in March 2012, the album includes 'Forever Reign', 'God Is Able', 'Desert Song' and 'With Everything', plus 'Cornerstone' taken from the most recent best-selling Hillsong Live album, 'Cornerstone'. The first Hillsong Chapel album, 'Yahweh', was released in 2010.

"Forever Reign is the second installment in this organic contemplative expression of praise and worship", says Hillsong. "Comprised of 12 carefully rearranged songs, this project is perfect for smaller gatherings and will help resource smaller congregations. Forever Reign is also ideal for personal devotional and meditative times of worship."

Hillsong have also announced the release of The Global Project, a collection of their most impactful songs recorded in nine languages. The nine albums will simultaneously release across the world on 18th September 2012.

Partnering with ministries across Asia, South America, and Europe, Australia's Hillsong Church has broken language and cultural barriers to produce The Global Project. Albums will be available in Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Mandarin, Indonesian, German, French, Swedish as well as Russian, featuring well-known Hillsong anthems like 'Mighty to Save' and 'Hosanna', as well as newer songs such as 'God Is Able' from last year's release of the same name.
