One Sonic Society To Record Live Worship Album

Apr 25 2012

One Sonic Society will record a live worship album on 4th May 2012 in Nashville. Comprised of former Delirious? guitarist Stu G, former Hillsong United drummer/writer/producer Paul Mabury and Dove Award winning songwriter and producer Jason Ingram, One Sonic Society released their first full-length album 'Forever Reign' in January following three mini EPs.

"On Friday, May 4th, Jason Ingram, Paul Mabury, and Stu G of One Sonic Society will be hosting a day at the studio as they record for their upcoming live project" explains Essential Worship. "We are inviting worship leaders to join us for a devotional/sharing time in the morning, lunch together and recording vocals for the project in the afternoon. (Yes, this means you will be on the recording!) That evening, we will all gather back together for a live worship night, where we will record once again."

Several songs penned by One Sonic Society have been recorded by well known artists including Hillsong ('Forever Reign'), Natalie Grant ('Greatness Of Our God') and Rebecca St. James ('Almighty God'), amongst others. 'Forever Reign', co-written by Jason Ingram and Hillsong's Reuben Morgan, is one of the fastest growing songs in the church at the moment, having jumping from number 229 to number 48 in just six months on the CCLI bi-annual chart.
