Rhema Soul Returns With 'Sonically Experimental' Fourth Album 'Red'

Mar 19 2012

South Florida based Hip-Hop trio Rhema Soul will release their fourth album 'Red' on 26th March 2012. Described as a Hip-Hop-Pop-Soul fusion, the album was produced by Dove Award winning producer Andy Anderson (Group 1 Crew, Toby Mac and Rachael Lampa) and features performances by Jai, Ryan Stevenson and Benjah.

'Red' is the follow up to Rhema Soul's critically acclaimed third release, 'Fingerprints' (2010). After two years touring the trio is back with a revitalized sound and passion, with an album they claim is their "most mature and sonically experimental" project to date.

"The color red is an attention-grabber," says Butta, the group's female vocalist. "It communicates urgency," says K-Nuff. "'Red' speaks of passion," juanlove concludes. "Whatever you believe in, you should be willing to fight for," says Butta regarding the album's first single, 'No Walking Away'. "Whether it is marriage or your faith, when you commit to something, you should do everything in your power to stick with it. When you hold on to your goals and your dreams, you will find victory."
