Second Album 'Mean What You Say' For Sent By Ravens

Jan 31 2012

South Carolina post-hardcore rock band Sent By Ravens will release their second album, 'Mean What You Say' on 28th February 2012. The album is the follow-up to their 2010 debut 'Our Graceful Words' which reached number 34 on Billboard Heatseekers Chart.

"Sent By Ravens have taken their driving modern rock sound and rounded it out, expanded its diversity while staying true to a base of powerful vocals and soaring guitar tones" says Tooth & Nail Records. The new album was produced in Nashville with Rob Hawkins (Fireflight, Disciple) and mixed by Ainslie Grosser.

"I want to be true to what I believe," says the band's frontman Zach Riner. "I'm fine if someone is offended or disagrees with me, but not if it was because I lacked passion. I am no preacher, I only feel qualified to write songs and speak about what I believe and talk sincerely with people - that's what I'll stick with."

Sent By Ravens are currently streaming the album's title track 'Mean What You Say' on their Facebook page.
