Steven Curtis Chapman & Michael W Smith 'United' For UK Tour

Two of the biggest singers in Christian music are joining together for two special UK tour dates this April. Steven Curtis Chapman and Michael W Smith will perform 'United - Acoustic and Unplugged' in Belfast and London as the singers both release best-of albums celebrating their extensive back catalogues.

The dates come as part of Steven Curtis Chapman's own European Tour which also sees him play a third British date, in Birmingham, as well as shows in Oslo (Norway), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Jonkoping (Sweden). Steven, who is celebrating his twenty-fifth year of music, has achieved 46 Number 1 singles since 1987 and will release a new greatest hits collection '#1's, Volume 1' on 3rd April 2012 featuring 13 of those Number 1 songs.

Steven is also nominated for a Grammy at this year's award show for 'Do Everything' from his latest studio album 're:Creation', released last year. During his European Tour, Steven Curtis Chapman will be supported by Caleb, a band which includes Steven's sons Caleb and Will.

Michael W. Smith released 'Decades Of Worship' last week, bringing together the best of his worship hymns. The album marks the 24th project of his 29-year career and follows his acclaimed instrumental project, 'Glory' which was released in November.
