Newsboys To Feature In Their Own Reality TV Show
Newsboys will be featured in their very own reality TV show this October. The 10-episode TV series will take a behind-the-scenes look into the band as they tour and record. "Over the years, our fans have seen small glimpses of our offstage moments, but now, we are so excited to share over 5 hours of exclusive, never before seen footage", says Newsboys keyboard player Jeff Frankenstein. "Our fans will get a chance to hear more about our hearts, our families, and our ministry."
The series will be shown by various TV stations in the US and on the network live streams and will also be broadcast online. "In this series viewers are given a front-seat view of all that it means to be a Newsboy, as they tag along on the band's day to day adventures of learning to get along, recording, touring, and giving back. Along with a 'fly on the wall' perspective, quick interview clips will address various thoughts, opinions, challenges and aspects of the walk of faith", says the show's producers Lady White Entertainment, a company created by the show's presenter, actress, model and Chistian TV host Mari White.
Newsboys will release their forthcoming new album 'God's Not Dead' on 15th November 2011, featuring nine cover versions of popular worship songs, plus three new original songs. Produced by Seth Mosley, the album includes the songs 'God's Not Dead (Like A Lion)' (Daniel Bashta), 'Forever Reign' (One Sonic Society, Hillsong), 'Revelation Song' (Gateway Worship, Kari Jobe), 'Your Love Never Fails' (Jesus Culture) and 'Mighty To Save' (Hillsong).
