Owl City Returns With Second Album 'All Things Bright And Beautiful' In May
Electronic synthpop group Owl City releases it's second album 'All Things Bright And Beautiful' worldwide on 17th May 2011. Formed by singer/songwriter Adam Young, the group's new album is the follow up to 2009's 'Ocean Eyes' which was certified Platinum and has sold in excess of 6 million tracks, including the multi-platinum single 'Fireflies' which reached number 1 in the mainstream charts in the US, UK, Australia, Ireland and Netherlands.
Produced by Adam Young and mixed by Young along with Grammy Award-winning engineer and producer Jack Joseph Puig (Delirious, Beck, Mary J. Blige, Green Day), 'All Things Bright And Beautiful' features twelve new songs including lead single 'Alligator Sky', which hits radio stations in April, plus other tracks including 'Deer In The Headlights', 'Dreams Don't Turn To Dust' and 'Wear My Heart On My Sleeve'.
Owl City will kick off their major 'All Things Bright And Beautiful US Tour' in Nashville on 13th June at the historic Ryman Auditorium, continuing through until 30th July in Minneapolis. Further international tour dates are set to be announced soon.
