thebandwithnoname's Last Ever Gig Rescheduled

Aug 04 2010

The last ever gig for the British group thebandwithnoname has been rescheduled. The show will now take place on Saturday 4th September 2010 at the Plaza in Stockport, just south of Manchester. The band announced last year that they were to end in 2010 after more than 9 years touring the UK, Europe and USA performing in schools, churches, theatres, parks, prisons and festivals.

The final concert had originally been planned for the following day, 5th September at the Manchester Apollo. "Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, including delayed renovations at the Manchester Apollo, the last ever gig for thebandwithnoname has changed", reads a statement from the band. "Massive plans and preparations for the show are well under way at TBWNN headquarters, Innervation Trust. The guys are still on a hectic touring schedule of summer festivals but they are determined to perform their best show yet on the 4th of September so make sure you don’t miss out."

Tickets for the final show are available now at www.thebandwithnoname.com. The band recently released their final album, 'The Best Of thebandwithnoname - The 4 Points'. The double CD 'best of' album features 20 songs, with three brand new tracks including 'The 4 Points' (featuring LZ7), plus a new remix of the classic 'Get Up' and 16 other favourites digitally remastered.
