Last modified: 29 Jul 2010

Veetacore Record Debut EP 'The Monopoly' And Plan UK Tour Veetacore, a three-piece pop band from Bournemouth, UK, have recorded their debut EP 'The Monopoly', which will be officially released in September. The band recorded the three track EP with Paul Burton (Snow Patrol, Athlete, Delirious?) and producer David Evans (Paul Oakley, The Plymouths).

Described as "fusing the pop sensibilities of You Me at Six with the raw passion of Paramore and the growl of Foo Fighters", Veetacore are built around drummer Dan Cook, vocalist Becky Rewse and guitarist Tom Clay.

"Like an autumn storm Veetacore are both beautiful and powerful, with songs that tear through the listener straight to the heart", says the band. "Veetacore write songs with depth and emotion; songs to make you smile, songs to make you cry, songs to make you throw your books at the wall and jump around like nothing else matters."

The band will be heading out on their 'Shout It Loud' UK Tour in October to promote their debut release. Find out more on their website.
