Vamoosery's remarkable journey traces back to their inception as 'Go.Rebuild' when they first took the stage for a 'battle of the bands' competition. Since then, this ensemble has tirelessly strived to create music that marries catchiness with rich, diverse musicality alongside an authentic, positive message. In subsequent years, they left their mark with a resonant rendition of traditional Christmas song, 'O Holy Night,' and solidified their presence in the local rock scene with their single ‘Running’. In 2018, Vamoosery embarked on their inaugural UK tour, demonstrating their commitment to sharing their music across the country. Even during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, they remained active by releasing lockdown sessions and a heartwarming Christmas EP. All the while, their focus remained steadfastly on their eagerly awaited album, 'Moving Forward.’
To bring their vision to life, the band adopted a dedicated, piecemeal approach, booking local studios as their budget allowed, carefully crafting each element of the album over time. In a bid to propel the album over the finish line, Vamoosery launched a Kickstarter campaign, raising an impressive total of £4,555. During this campaign, they unveiled a captivating music video for their single, ‘Archaeologist’, where singer Sheridan White is seen gradually excavated, revealing the gold hidden on the ‘inside’ - a must see!
